Charter One 401(k) Plan
As a colleague, you can contribute up to 50% of your pay (subject to IRS limits). You'll receive a company match after only one year of service and become fully vested after only three years. Charter One Pension Plan
As a colleague, you'll automatically be eligible to participate in our pension plan after one year of service if you're 21 or older. You'll become vested in your pension benefit after completing five years of service. Charter One pays all costs, so you pay nothing.
