E-Z Deposit®
Designed to provide you with enhanced deposit convenience and flexibility, our Remote Deposit service, E-Z Deposit, provides you with greater control of your cash flow.
Using your PC, a scanner and software, you can transmit digital images of checks, money orders and related items, such as coupons, right from your desktop. Through an encrypted Internet connection, the integrity and confidentiality of your deposit data are protected. Once check data and images are captured and transmitted to us, the checks will be either truncated to Image Replacement Documents or converted to ACH items (if you subscribe to our ACH service).
With E-Z Deposit, you can access multiple reports to track activity and transactions, providing deposit detail, deposit summary and settlement information. You also have the ability to view two years of images online.

What scanners are supported?
E-Z Deposit provides you with a choice of quality MICR read scanners. We selected the following scanner models due their reliability, ease of use, accuracy and image quality - all important features for the cash manager looking for a time-saving and cost-efficient solution.
RDM EC7000i
The RDM manual feed scanner delivers the industry's highest MICR read accuracy, which results in lower administrative returns due to MICR misreads and rejects. The RDM EC7000i series captures crisp clear images exceeding industry requirements for legible images. This scanner is recommended for customers scanning up to 50 checks per day.
Panini My Vision X
The Panini My Vision X scanner is available in three processing speeds (30, 60, and 90 items scanned per minute). The Panini is easy to use and delivers a superior MICR reading rate and imaging quality. This scanner is recommended for customers scanning 500 (30 speed), 4,000 (60 speed), or more than 4,000 (90 speed) checks per day.
Can I use the service in multiple branch offices?
Yes. At each location, the service can be used as a standalone workstation (local PC) or can be installed on a network of up to five workstations and a server.
